Can you state your name and role? 

What is a lesson that you are proud of that really humanized your students and yourself? 

What was the journey that got you to that point of success? 

In retrospect how could you have made it more connected to one of the more instructional foci... (concentrate on connecting it to the Roybal Instructional Foci; at least two of them)?
